1. Daniela Bianchi
Italian actress Daniela Bianchi was one of the first Bond girls, portraying the Soviet cipher clerk Tatiana Romanova in From Russia With Love. Bianchi started in show business as a ballet dancer and a model. In 1960, she was runner-up Miss Universe, where she also won the “Miss Photogenic” title. Accordingly, she later pursued a film acting career. Because of her thick Italian accent, her voice was dubbed by a Britsh actress Barbara Jefford in From Russia.
After her stint as Romanova, Bianchi appeared in several French and Italian films. She even appeared in a James Bond spoof opposite Sean Connery’s brother, Neil. Bianchi retired from acting after her marriage to shipping magnate Alberto Cameli in 1970.
