Anna Chlumsky was everyone’s favorite death-obsessed hypochondriac when she starred in the breakout role of Vada in the film My Girl. We all cried watching her character struggle through her emotional roller coaster of a life.
In the late 90s, Chlumsky took a hiatus from acting to attend high school and college. She had several small comedic cameos in shows like 30 Rock, before striking gold and being cast in the surprise mega-hit Veep. Her performance as rude, ball-busting Amy earned her a Golden Globe award, as well as a number of other nominations.
