JAG was one of the most successful legal procedural shows ever. It ran for ten seasons on NBC and CBS, as well as spawning the mega-hit spin-offs NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, and NCIS: New Orleans. The show’s success was a surprise: executives were slow to believe that the high-concept marriage of Top Gun and A Few Good Men would work.
However the drama-filled lives of the series’ heroes pulled viewers in, and the show built a large and loyal fan following. JAG was watched in over 90 countries worldwide, making its stars household names internationally. So where are our favorite military lawyers now? Read on to learn more!
1. On The Show: Lieutenant Kate Pike

Kate Pike was only around for one season, excluding a single episode in season six. We personally think it’s a shame! Kate was a smart, strong character and taught the men of the unit valuable lessons about respecting women.
Also, actors Andrea Parker and David James Elliot had great chemistry, and their banter in the pilot was simply hysterical. Eventually, Parker’s spot as the female lead was assumed by a different actress, and Parker went on to pursue various projects.
