Alex Trebek – $10 Million
Alex Trebek became a household name as the host of the game show Jeopardy! One of the most iconic TV hosts ever, Trebek became part of the show’s team back in 1984 and remained so until his tragic passing in 2020. Before his death, Trebek made an impressive $10 million per year.
Sadly, back in March 2019, Trebek has diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer. At first, it seemed like things were getting better and he looked poised to make a comeback on Jeopardy!. Then, unfortunately, Trebek’s health took a turn for the worse in the middle of 2020, and his doctors advised him to start chemo sessions once again. In the midst of planning a way to return to his beloved game show, Trebek passed peacefully in his sleep.
