Of course, everyone knows Pierce Brosnan from his multi-decade career on the silver screen, most notably as James Bond. However, many don’t know that the 67-year-old actor has been in one of the longest-lasting relationships in all of Hollywood. Believe it or not, Brosnan and his now-wife, former model and anchor Keely Shaye Smith, met by accidentally bumping into one another on a beach in Mexico. That’s right!
Following their romantic chance encounter, the two started dating, ultimately marrying in 2001. After their wedding, Smith left her correspondent positions on shows like Unsolved Mysteries and Good Morning America to raise a family. Now, the couple have two sons, Dylan and Paris.
Chris Wallace and Lorraine Martin Smothers – 23 Years Together
For those not in the know, American television anchor and journalist Chris Wallace has been married to his wife, best-selling author Lorraine Martin Smothers, for some time. Smothers remains most famous for her three cookbooks: Mr. Sunday’s Soup, Mr. Sunday Saturday Night Kitchen, and Mr. and Mrs. Sunday’s Suppers.
The marriage is the second for both Wallace and Smothers. While Wallace was married to his first wife, Elizabeth Farrell, Smothers was tied to musician Dick Smothers. Now, however, the two have been together for over 20 years! In fact, Wallace and Smothers even raised each others’ children from their previous marriages.
